Week 4



RAMP is a method of preparing our bodies for the task that we will be undertaking and is used by elite coaches and athletes. RAMP is structured around maximising the efficiency of warm up time to not only prepare for the upcoming activity, but to develop key movement patterns that improve sport specific performance and encourage continued long term athletic development.


Week 4 Lessons – Now that we have established the fundamentals of throwing and catching, this week we are going further develop our techniques and knowledge. Learning how to throw overarm and catch a faster moving ball will be our key objectives.



Cool downs are increasingly neglected and without consistent practice of them at the end of your sessions, it will lead to a negative impact on future sporting performance, due to injury or poor technique, resulting in inefficient body functioning.
